* You are responsible for removing your ad immediately upon the sale of the item advertised

* We reserve the right to edit or delete content on this site for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, obscene, illegal, immoral, sexually explicit and political content and content promotional for competing websites.

* Content posted onto this website by you, except for private information defined in our Privacy Policy, remains the property of HART-Empire Network.

* In addition, you agree to NOT:

- Place multiple ads for the same item;
- Knowingly place ads into the wrong category;
- Post the same item in such a way as to monopolize the Recent Ads list;
- Post inappropriate, offensive or illegal content;
- Post copyrighted content (i.e. photos) unless you have the copyright owner's permission;
- Post links in your ad to affiliate programs;
- Post links in your ad to lists of other items for sale;
- Post ads for goods you know to have been stolen;
- Fill in the email address field with a bogus email address; - Answer untruthfully if prompted for 'Is this item new?' or 'Are you a commercial seller?';
- Send a message to a seller for any reason other than expressing genuine interest in purchasing their ad or service (no profanities, no put downs); Postings by minors is not allowed; minors must have their guardian post the content on their behalf and the guardian must act as the primary contact.

* RSS Feeds: By downloading the information through an RSS Feed from Classifieds @ HART Market you agree that you will only do so for personal use or in conjunction with a non-commercial website (a website that generates no revenue). If the RSS Feed information is posted on your website, please provide prominent attribution back to Classifieds @ HART Market including a link to our home page.
